“Be like water making its way through cracks. Do not be assertive, but adjust to the object, and you shall find a way around or through it. If nothing within you stays rigid, outward things will disclose themselves.”
“In all the world nothing is more pliant than water.
And yet it has no equal in resiliency against that which is hard.
It cannot be changed by anything.
That which is weak conquers that which is strong; that which is soft conquers that which is hard.”
TaichiFlow
the 5 points teaching method
After many years of teaching experience, Alessio established TaichiFlow, a 5 point teaching process that, while not diluting the tradition, is at the same time tangible for the average practitioner.
- “Song” (Release) – The Process of Releasing
- “Qigong” (Energy work) – The Process of Internal Dynamics
- “Kai/He” (Expand/Condense)– The Process of Internal Pulsing
- “Neigong” (Internal work) – The Process of Extreme Expanding
- “Daoist Meditation” – The Process of Extreme Condensing
Like in a domino effect, the more you correctly build the foundations, the more the following step is deemed to manifest itself.
